Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Programme

DBT is a twice weekly intensive programme, consisting of individual therapy and skills groups, which will equip you with robust skills to recognise and manage overwhelming emotions and impulsive urges and behaviours. There are four skills modules: Core Mindfulness and the Middle Path, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT)

MBT is a twice weekly programme which was originally developed for individuals with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and other personality and relationship challenges. It is of particular relevance to those who would like to identify and work through thinking and behavioural patterns of relating to themselves and others that no longer serve them.

Family DBT Skills Group

This 8-week group is a skills-based programme for families, partners or friends of people living with BPD and those with extreme difficulties regulating their emotions. The sessions include education on BPD, skills training based on DBT (mostly in effective communication, validation and distress management) and application and practice of skills.

Supervision and Consultation

We provide consultation and training, including bespoke and in-house, to individual professionals and teams wishing to work effectively with clients living with personality difficulties. Our courses focus on the practical application of DBT principles in one to one and group settings.
